Dora Triem

Dora Triem (born February 21, 1897 in Hanover ; † April 4, 1973 ) was a German social democratic politician.

Triem was initially a saleswoman in a consumer cooperative. After attending the social women's school, she was a welfare worker in Herne .

She had been a member of the Socialist Workers' Youth since 1911 and also joined the SPD in 1916. Since 1920 she was a member of the main board of the SAJ. In addition, Triem was director from 1925 to 1929 and then volunteered in the workers' welfare in Gelsenkirchen .

In 1946 Triem was a member of the Provincial Council of Westphalia and in 1946 and 1947 of the appointed Landtag of North Rhine-Westphalia .
