The Hindenberg village church is the Protestant church of the Hindenberg village belonging to the city of Lübbenau .

The church building belonging to the Evangelical Church District Niederlausitz was built in 1841 and Friedrich Brescius , General Superintendent for the Neumark and Niederlausitz of the Evangelical Church in Prussia , consecrated it on October 24th of the same year. A previous building had previously been destroyed in a major fire on May 30, 1834. In addition to the church, four farms, four cottages' houses and the shepherd's house were burned.

In 1888 the square west tower was built.

Inside the church there is a gallery in the shape of a horseshoe supported by columns . The church ceiling is flat and plastered. The pulpit is above the altar on the east wall. To the left is the parish chair . The pulpit and parsonage were built in the 19th century.

The existing baptismal bowl was created in 1664. In 1693, Count and Countess zu Lynar donated two pewter candlesticks.
