Doris Eisenburger
Doris Eisenburger (born May 4, 1966 in Mediasch , Transylvania , Romania ) is a children's book illustrator . She is married, has two children and has lived in Munich since 1974.
She has been a freelance illustrator since 1990 . She became known through the series "Library of Children's Classics" published by Annette Betz Verlag by Ueberreuter . Ten of these out of print works were reprinted in the Gondolino series from Gondrom Verlag in a shortened version from 2003 . In the meantime, Eisenburger has illustrated over 20 picture books and books, mainly by Dirk Walbrecker , as well as 14 music books, which were mainly created in collaboration with Ernst A. Ekker and Marko Simsa .
Doris Eisenburger's original illustrations have also been shown in numerous exhibitions at home and abroad.
