Dorothée Fierz

Dorothée Fierz (born September 10, 1947 in Esslingen ) is a former Swiss politician ( FDP ) and former member of the board of directors of Flughafen Zürich AG .

biography

In 1999 Fierz was elected to the government council in the canton of Zurich . As a member of the government, she headed the cantonal building department. In 2005 and 2006 she was the President of the Government Council. On May 4, 2006, Fierz resigned after disputes with government councilor Rita Fuhrer and due to a suspected violation of official secrecy . She was charged but fully acquitted.

Fierz is married to real estate expert Kaspar Fierz.
