Dorothee Echter

Dorothee Echter (born October 12, 1949 in Bergisch Gladbach ) is a German management consultant , management coach and author . She lives and works in Munich .

The qualified sociologist worked in management at four international corporations from 1974 to 1995 . In 1996 she founded her own management consultancy based in Munich. Her topics are global influence, reputation and belonging to the community at the level of top management .
