Dorothee Laternser

Dorothee Laternser (born August 13, 1951 in Illingen , Baden-Württemberg ) is a Liechtenstein pediatrician and former member of the state parliament of the Principality of Liechtenstein .

biography

After attending grammar school in Mühlacker , Laternser studied medicine at the universities of Tübingen and Bonn . She then specialized as a specialist in pediatric and adolescent medicine . Through her marriage to Arnold Laternser in 1982, the German took on Liechtenstein citizenship. She has been working as a pediatrician in Liechtenstein since 1983 and has her own practice in Triesenberg . Their marriage resulted in two sons.

From 1997 to 2001, Laternser was a deputy member of the State Parliament of the Principality of Liechtenstein for the Fatherland Union , to which she was a member from 2001 to 2005. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the AHV-IV-FAK-Anstalten since 2008. Furthermore, in 2004 she was the first vice-president of the newly founded Liechtenstein Medical Association and is now a member of the board.
