Dorothy Round
Dorothy Edith Round Little (born July 13, 1908 in Dudley , England , † November 12, 1982 in Kidderminster ) was an English tennis player .
Her breakthrough came after the end of the era of eight-time Wimbledon winner Helen Wills Moody against where she lost the Wimbledon final in 1933 . In 1934 and 1937 she won the Australian Championships in 1935 and in between . She also won mixed at Wimbledon from 1934 to 1936, first with the Japanese Ryuki Miki , then twice with her compatriot Fred Perry .
On September 2, 1937, she married Douglas Leigh Little in Dudley .
