The Drew Cove is a bay on the Budd Coast of the East Antarctic Wilke country . It is located on the north side of the Mitchell Peninsula .
It was first mapped using aerial photographs taken by the United States Navy in 1947 during Operation Highjump (1946–1947) and in 1948 during Operation Windmill (1947–1948). The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1963 after the senior construction electrician John W. Drew, who worked at Wilkes Station in 1958 .
