The Drewensee is a lake in the district of Ahrensberg in the municipality of Wesenberg in the Mecklenburg Lake District . The lake is largely surrounded by deciduous forest and there is a campsite on its northern bank. In the village of Ahrensberg, the manor park and the manor complex are located on a peninsula in the lake. The lake has a north-south extension of about 450 meters and a west-east extension of about 5400 meters. It is crossed by a 110 kV overhead line.
At the site of the estate near Ahrensberg there was a Slavic rampart on the peninsula in the lake. The castle wall is still clearly visible.
The western part, separated from the main part of the lake by this peninsula, is part of the Obere Havel waterway . Here in the south is the transition to the Finowsee , which is spanned by a covered wooden bridge from 1929.
