Dror Kashtan (born October 1, 1944 in Petach Tikwa ; Hebrew . דרור קשטן) is an Israeli football coach. He is the coach of the Israeli national team .

Kashtan had an inconspicuous playing career at Hapoel Petach Tikva and Hapoel Kfar Saba . He went down in the history books as the only Israeli to date who was called up to the national team even before he played a league game. There he completed three international matches.

As a coach, however, he became the most successful Israeli coach of all time: he won the national championship five times, the State Cup five times and the Toto Cup three times . He celebrated his greatest international success with Hapoel Tel Aviv , Kashtan led the team to the UEFA Cup quarter-finals .

In 2006 he succeeded Avraham Grant as national coach.
