Dušan Bukovac (born January 13, 1957 ) is a players agent and former football player . As a player he was active for Sporting Lisbon and in the 2nd Bundesliga for OSC Bremerhaven .

He became known as a player's consultant at the latest through the “pension contract”, which is probably unique in football, which he negotiated for his client Krassimir Balakow with Gerhard Mayer-Vorfelder , the then President of VfB Stuttgart . This contract gave Balakov an unlimited option that would extend his contract (estimated annual salary: 3 million euros) for as long as any doctor declared him fit to play football. This contract was finally only ended when Bukovac, who was threatened by the VfB with a lawsuit against the “pension contract”, negotiated a contract as a coaching assistant for VfB with an estimated annual salary of over 1 million euros for the 36-year-old Balakov .

Thanks to his reputation as a tough negotiating partner, he became a popular leverage for many football players, for example Timo Hildebrand , for whom Bukovac negotiated a two-year contract back in 2005. Even Felix Magath used the services of Bukovac: After being with VfB Stuttgart runner-up in 2003, he commissioned Bukovac, for him to a contract with the then coach-less FC Schalke 04 to negotiate in order in the course of negotiations for a new contract with VfB pressure to exercise on its club management. The contract with Schalke ultimately did not materialize. Magath stayed in Stuttgart for another year with a significantly higher annual salary. Rudi Assauer then stated that Bukovac's negotiation methods seemed “very dangerous” to him.
