Duna World is a television station of the Hungarian public broadcaster Duna Média (part of Duna Televízió until June 30, 2015 ). The program is supported by EU funds and is aimed at the minorities living in Europe. Mainly talk shows and documentaries are broadcast.
The station is broadcast throughout Hungary via DVB-T and can be received unencrypted via the satellites Eurobird 9A at 9 ° East and Thor 5 at 1 ° West for Europe and NSS-806 at 40.5 ° West for South America. It is also available worldwide via a live stream. The audience ratings for the cultural program are very low and have a market share of less than 1%.
