ESL Narasimhan
ESL Narasimhan ( Ekkadu Srinivasan Lakshmi Narasimhan ; born November 4, 1945 in the presidency of Madras , British India ) is an Indian civil servant and politician .
Life
He was governor of Chhattisgarh from January 25, 2007 to January 22, 2010 . Since December 27, 2009 he has been the governor of Andhra Pradesh . Since June 2, 2014 he is in personal union also the first governor of the newly established state of Telangana .
