As a direct bank, the bank offers the services of a conventional commercial bank , but without its own branch network (with the exception of the branches Oshikango and Oshakati ). So-called EBank Ambassador (in German about EBank Ambassador ) and above all trading companies such as Woermann & Brock take on tasks through a physical distribution network. The banking business started in October 2014.
Michael Mukete is the managing director and Monica Geingos is the CEO .
In October 2016 it became known that EBank would be 100 percent taken over by the FNB Namibia . This was completed at the end of March 2017. The bank was then dissolved as an independent institution and brand.
