Earl W. Bascom

Earl W. Bascom (born June 19, 1906 in Vernal , Utah , † August 28, 1995 in Victorville , California ) was an American rodeo rider , cowboy , painter , actor , sculptor and inventor .

Bascom attended Victor Valley College in Victorville and graduated from Brigham Young University . He invented various components of rodeo equipment.
