The Eastern Canada Amateur Hockey League was an ice hockey league that was founded in 1905 and only existed in the 1905/06 season. It originated from the Canadian Amateur Hockey League and the Montreal Wanderers and the Ottawa Silver Seven from the Federal Amateur Hockey League . The Ottawa Silver Seven won the championship and the Stanley Cup . In 1906 the league became the Eastern Canada Amateur Hockey Association .
