Eberhard Weller

Eberhard Heinrich Ludwig Wilhelm Weller (born August 15, 1845 in Darmstadt , † February 6, 1911 in Leipzig ) was a German judge .

Life

The son of a court attorney studied law in Giessen and Heidelberg. During his studies he became a member of the Germania Gießen fraternity in the winter semester of 1863/64 . In 1867 he was sworn in to the Grand Ducal Hessian sovereign. In 1875 he became a regional judge and in 1879 a magistrate. In 1887 he was appointed regional judge, in 1888 regional judge and in 1895 higher regional judge. In 1895 he came to the Imperial Court. He was in the III. Civil Senate active. In 1899 he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Merit of Philip the Magnanimous . He died in office.
