Ebertsbronn is a residential area in the Niederstetten district of Wermutshausen in the Main-Tauber district in the Franconian north-east of Baden-Württemberg .

history

The place was first mentioned in 1172 as Eberhardesbrunnen . Eberstbronn came to the Schäftersheim monastery, partly from Staufer, probably Count Comburgian property. Through the Reformation, the place came to Hohenlohe-Weikersheim, partly from Hohenlohe-Brauneck to Brandenburg-Ansbach. In spite of the original membership in the Weikersheim tithe, the high authorities were also divided. The place came from Prussia in 1796 to Hohenlohe.

The living space came to the city of Niederstetten on January 1, 1974 as part of the formerly independent municipality of Wermutshausen.
