Echochrome ( Japanese 無限 回廊 , Mugen kairō , dt. "Infinite corridor") is a puzzle video game for the Playstation 3 , as well as the Playstation Portable which - similar to the impossible shapes by MC Escher - allows abstract structures to move, which means a main character the goal needs to be controlled.

The special thing about this game is the absolute minimization of audio-visual effects. Black lines on a white background with partially smooth black-and-white gradients in the visual representation dominate the screen, classical music, composed by Hideki Sakamoto , dominate the speakers.

The game world is very divided, while the average rating of the game in most media is around 80%, there are also critical voices, mainly because of the difficult control.

The game has been available in Europe since July 9, 2008.
