Eckhard Oelke

Eckhard Oelke (born October 25, 1936 in Johannisburg ) is a German geographer .

Eckhard Oelke studied geography and history at the Martin Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg from 1954 to 1959 . He then worked for a year as a teacher in Pasewalk and in 1960 he became an assistant at the University of Halle (Saale) . In 1979 he submitted his dissertation B there and then worked as a professor.
