Ed Wachter
Edward A. Wachter (born June 30, 1883 in Troy , New York , † March 12, 1966 ) was an American basketball player . He was one of the first professionals of this sport in the 1910s and played a. a. at the Troy Trojans . The 1.85 m tall Wachter is considered the best center of its time and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1961 .
