Eddy Ouwens
Eddy Ouwens alias Danny Mirror (born May 30, 1946 in Rotterdam ) is a Dutch producer and songwriter . Two songs he wrote have already won the Eurovision Song Contest : Ding-a-dong 1975, presented by the Dutch band Teach-In , and La det swinge 1985 with the Norwegian band Bobbysocks .

He became internationally known - under the pseudonym Danny Mirror - through his tribute song I Remember Elvis Presley , which he recorded and released immediately after the death of the “King of Rock 'n' Roll”. The single reached number one in the Netherlands , number ten in Germany , number four in Great Britain and number 17 in Austria . A few years later he recorded a number of Elvis songs with Elvis' former vocal group The Jordanaires and released them in 1981 as a box set under the title 50 × The King - Elvis Presley's Greatest Songs, and a selection of these as a long-playing record entitled 10 × The King on the market.
