Edith Schreiber-Wicke

Edith Schreiber-Wicke (born November 21, 1943 in Schärding ) is an Austrian author for children and young people .

After graduating from high school , she studied theater studies and art history for four semesters . After her marriage, she worked as a copywriter . In 1983 her first book was published, The Day Anton Wasn't There . She currently lives in Grundlsee in the Salzkammergut .

Schreiber-Wicke mostly writes Fantastik for children.
