Children's radio play award of the MDR
The MDR Children's Radio Play Prize is a radio play prize that has been awarded to authors of children's radio plays every two years by the Central German Broadcasting Council since 1994 . The submissions will be awarded a prize by a jury made up of representatives of the MDR Broadcasting Council and representatives of children's and youth interest groups in Central Germany, children's and youth theaters and media criticism. The prize "is awarded for programs that are particularly committed to safeguarding human dignity and are primarily aimed at children and young people."
