Sally Nicholls

Sally Nicholls (born June 22, 1983 in Stockton-on-Tees ) is a British children's and youth author.

Life and accomplishments

Nicholls traveled to Australia and New Zealand after finishing school; she then worked in a hospital in Japan. She then studied philosophy and literature at the University of Warwick , but then moved to Bath , where she completed "Writing for Young People". Nicholls has lived in London since 2008.

She wrote her first book Ways to Live Forever (German: How to become immortal - every minute counts ) during her time in Bath. The book is about 11 year old Sam who dies of leukemia .
