Hans Zimmer (* 1946 in Kassel ) is a German author , theater pedagogue , director and actor .

life and work

Hans Zimmer studied German and politics in Marburg and Göttingen . He has lived in Hanover since 1980 , where he worked as a dramaturge and actor in the Hanover Theater Workshop from 1984 onwards. In 1987 he founded the Hanover Theater Pedagogical Center, which he headed as a teacher for performing games at the IGS Mühlenberg for 24 years. During this time, numerous pieces were created for theater with children and young people. Since the 1990s, Hans Zimmer has been teaching drama and script writing at the Leibniz University in Hanover and works as a freelance director.
