The Edition Vatican Radio is a jointly published book series of the Leipzig St. Benno-Verlag in cooperation with Vatican Radio and appears since the spring of 2005.

history

For the XX. World Youth Day in Cologne in 2005 a book ( Benedict XVI. - Thoughts, Impulses, Visions ) of this series was presented by the broadcaster and publisher for the first time. Since then, new titles have appeared at regular intervals. The aim of this project is, according to the company's own statements, the attempt "to strike a middle path between the high theology of Pope Benedict and the popular literature about the Vatican".
