Edition Tiamat

Edition Tiamat is the name of a publishing house operated by the author Klaus Bittermann since 1979, initially in Nuremberg, and since 1982 in Berlin.

The program focus is on politically left-wing and satirical texts. Edition Tiamat has published books by Guy Debord , Wiglaf Droste , Fritz Eckenga , Eike Geisel , Greser & Lenz , Gerhard Henschel , Robert Kurz , Fanny Müller , Antonio Negri , Oliver Maria Schmitt , Harry Rowohlt , Ralf Sotscheck , Sue Townsend , Hunter S. Thompson , Roger Willemsen and Hans Zippert .

In 1987 the publisher published an anthology with the title Die Alte Straßenverkehrsordnung ( The old road traffic regulations) with texts from the Red Army faction and comments by Gabriele Goettle , Klaus Hartung and Wolfgang Pohrt .

An 11-volume Pohrt work edition has been published since 2019.
