Edmea Ollier began archery biathlon in 1991. A year later she won the title at the Italian championships. At the World Championships in archery biathlon, which was held for the first time in 1998 in Cogne , she won the relay title at the home World Championships with Stefania D'Andrea and Nadia Peyrot . She repeated this success at the 1999 World Cup in Bessans with the same line-up and again won the world title. At the first European Archery Championships in 2000 in Pokljuka , Ollier won the bronze medal in the pursuit race and the relay title behind Peyrot and D'Andrea.
