Stefania D'Andrea (born April 17, 1974 ) is a former Italian archery biathlete .

Stefania D'Andrea switched from cross-country skiing to archery biathlon in 1996 . She started for the Arc Club Tolmezzo . D'Andrea won the titles at the Italian championships in 1997 and 1998 in individual. At the world championships in archery biathlon, which were held in Cogne for the first time in 1998 , she won the silver medal at the home world championships behind Nadia Peyrot and ahead of Carol Leclerc in the individual and thus in the first ever world championship race and the relay title with Edmea Ollier and Nadia Peyrot. She repeated this season success at the 1999 World Cup in Bessans in the same line-up and again won the world title. In addition, she won the individual title ahead of Peyrot and Leclerc. The titles with the season were the only season titles that had not won the Russian seasons. At the first European Archery Championships in 2000 in Pokljuka , D'Andrea won bronze medals behind Peyrot and in front of Tatjana Rowinskaja in the individual and behind Peyrot and in front of Ollier in the pursuit race. She also won the season title. The next international championships were the 2001 World Championships in Kubalonka , where the Italian finished second both behind Olga Koslowa and in front of Jekaterina Lugowkina in the mass start race and with Licia Piller Hoffer and Peyrot in the relay race. The European Championships 2001 in Pokljuka also brought the silver medal with their fellow campaigners of the World Cup relay of the year behind the Russian winners. In 2001 she also won the titles in singles and with the relay at the Italian championships. The 2002 World Championships in Pokljuka followed. Here D'Andrea won again with Piller Hoffer and Peyrot relay silver behind the Russian relay. She finished sixth in the mass start race. That season she was second behind Peyrot in the overall World Cup ranking. The last international championship was the 2003 World Championships in Krün , she was sixth of the individual and lost her relay place to Elda Piller Hoffer . In 2006 she again reached third place, shared with Peyrot and Koslowa, in the overall ranking of the World Cup behind the joint winners Jekaterina Lugowkina and Natalija Jemelina .
