Edmundo de Alba Alcaraz

Edmundo de Alba Alcaraz (born January 1, 1938 in Mexico City ) is a Mexican climatologist .

The doctorate expert on climate science working in a senior position in the Secretariat of Research and Development at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México .

De Alba Alcaraz was appointed to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and in 2007, as Vice-Chair of Working Group II “Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability”, he was responsible for the preparation of the fourth assessment report .
