Eduard Pape (judge)
Karl Eduard Pape (born May 17, 1836 in Cologne , † December 18, 1896 in Leipzig ) was a German judge .
Life
In 1859 he was sworn in to the Prussian sovereign. In 1864 he became a judge and in 1869 a magistrate. In 1872 he came to Königshütte / Beuthen as a district judge . In 1874 he was appointed district judge in Düsseldorf. In 1876 he was promoted to district judge. In 1882 he became a higher regional judge in Cologne. In 1893 he came to the Imperial Court. He was active in the 2nd Civil Senate . He died in office.
