Eduardo Kusnir

Eduardo Kusnir (* 1939 in Buenos Aires ) is an Argentine composer .

Kusnir studied orchestral conducting at the Sofia Conservatory and contemporary composition technology and electroacoustics at the Di-Tella-Institute in Buenos Aires with Gerardo Gandini , Francisco Kröpfl and Fernando von Reichenbach . He obtained a doctorate in aesthetics from l'Université de Paris VIII under Daniel Charles .

Kusnir has lived in Venezuela since 1978 . There he teaches at the Conservatory of Caracas and the Universidad Central de Venezuela , where he was one of the founders of the Centro de Documentación e Investigaciónes Acústico Musicales (CEDIAM).
