The National Music Academy “Prof. Pantscho Wladigerow " ( Bulgarian Националната музикална академия" Проф. Панчо Владигеров " , abbreviation ДМА) is a music academy in Sofia . It is named after the Bulgarian composer Pancho Vladigerov , who taught at the institute as a professor for almost forty years.

On July 21, 1921 was after a decree of the Bulgarian Tsar Boris III. the Bulgarian State Conservatory ( Bulgarian Българска държавна консерватория ) founded. Since the Conservatory has been dedicated to the aforementioned person since March 2, 1995, it has had its current name since May 2006.

The academy consists of two buildings and offers 30 courses in 3 faculties. While one faculty mainly offers music theory, composition and conducting, the second is instrumental and the third is singing, dance, ballet and jazz-pop.
