Spiritual Academy of Plovdiv
Spiritual Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts Cyril and Method ( Bulgarian Академия за танцово, музикално и изобразително изкуство ) is an academy in Plovdiv , Bulgaria .
history
The school was founded in 1964 as a subsidiary of the National Music Academy “Prof. Pantscho Wladigerow ” founded an Orthodox spiritual academy in Sofia . In 1972 the faculty was transformed into an independent Higher Pedagogical Institute of Music ( Bulgarian Висш музикално-педагогически институт ). The first principal of the school was Asen Diamandiev. In 1975 the training of choreographers was added.
