The Technical University of Varna (Bulgarian: Технически Университет Варна ) - TUV for short - is a technical university in the Bulgarian city of Varna .
history
In 1962 the Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Electronics - Varna (Машинно-електротехнически институт - Варна) was founded and initially consisted of five faculties.

- The Faculty of Industrial Engineering was founded in 1962. The Dean is Angel Dimitrov.
- The shipbuilding faculty was founded in 1962. Dean is Plamen Ditchev.
- The electrical engineering faculty was founded in 1962. The Dean is Marinela Yordanova.
- The electronics faculty was founded in 1990. The Dean is Rozalina Dimova.
- The Faculty of Data Processing and Automation was founded in 1989. The Dean is Petar Antonov.
- The Faculty of Marine and Environmental Sciences Faculties was founded in 2012. The Dean is Nikolay Minchev.
