The Educandato Statale “Collegio Uccellis” is a multi-level state school in Udine in the Italian region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia . It is a Pasch school. There is a school partnership with the Renningen grammar school and the Katharineum Lübeck .

history

The school has existed since 1294 as the monastery school of Clare of Assisi and was nationalized in 1909. The institution is named after the Uccellis. The school's headquarters are in the historic center of the city. The adjoining boarding school accommodates foreign and foreign students.

The old building now houses the state primary and secondary school and the lyceum with a humanistic ( Liceo Classico ), a mathematical and scientific ( Liceo Scientifico ) and (since the school reform 2010/2011) a musical branch ( Liceo Musicale e Coreutico ). There has been an additional international branch since the 2018/2019 school year.

The school is particularly characterized by the humanistic European grammar school. Classes are held in Italian, English, German and (since the 2018/2019 school year) Chinese. It is a German profile school, the German language diploma (level I and II) can be acquired.

In the 2017 Abitur class, five German-speaking students graduated.
