The building, built in 1894, is a corner-accessible residential building with a single-axis corner solution. It shows a total of 3: 10 axes in a symmetrical and equidistant arrangement. Uniformly tall rectangular windows with a vertical lintel open the stucco facade , which is in historicizing forms . About a narrow decorative frieze that includes traufständige building with a gabled roof off.
As a typical example of a historicizing residential building and due to its importance for the entire ensemble Eickener Straße 195 - Eickener Höhe 1, it is worth preserving for urban planning and architectural-historical reasons.
