Eike Jost

Eike Jost (* 1940 ) is a German teacher and emeritus professor of Physical Education . He was head of the department for play and movement education at the Institute for Leisure Research, Games and Movement Education (IFSB) at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg .

Life

Eike Jost received her doctorate in 1970 from the Faculty of Education at the University of Hamburg . His dissertation of August 10, 1970 was entitled "Fairness. Investigation of its origin and essence and its determination as an educational concept of value" .

He taught and researched from 1974 until his retirement as a professor for sports education and head of the department for games and movement education at the Institute for Leisure Research, Games and Movement Education (IFSB) at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg .

Research priorities

Eike Jost's research area included pedagogy and sports education in particular.
