Eike Mund (born March 3, 1988 ) is a German soccer player who was under contract with TuS Koblenz until 2012 .

Career

As a youth, Mund moved in 2005 from his home club SG Andernach to the U19 team at TuS Koblenz . After just one year he was appointed to the squad of the 2nd team and established himself there as a regular player. In the following years, Mund often played a few preparatory games with the first team of TuS, but was not appointed to the squad. This changed after TuS was relegated to the 3rd division . On the 16th matchday of the 2010/11 season he was substituted on in the 87th minute in the 3-0 victory of TuS against SV Sandhausen and completed his first minutes as a professional. Since TuS voluntarily withdrew to the Regionalliga West in summer 2011, Eike Mund was a regular in the 1st team. Due to injuries and a suspension, Mund lost his place in the top team and did not receive a new contract in Koblenz for the 2012/13 season. He then moved to the league for SV Roßbach / Verscheid .
