Einar Sagstuen (born March 22, 1951 in Gjøvik ) is a former Norwegian cross-country skier .

Career

Sagstuen won silver over 30 km at the Norwegian Championships in Heddal in 1975 . The following year in Oppdal he secured bronze over the 50 km distance. At the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck , he won the silver medal with Pål Tyldum , Ivar Formo and Odd Martinsen behind the Finnish relay.

After his active career, Sagstuen worked together with his sons as a building contractor and managed various companies including Sagstuen Glass . He is also a member of the management team at Gjøvik Mammuts ice hockey club .
