Einar Snitt (born October 13, 1905 , † January 2, 1973 ) was a Swedish national football player .

career

Snitt played for Sandvikens IF between 1926 and 1938 and appeared for the club in both the Allsvenskan and the second division Division 1 . For the club he played alongside other national players such as Bertil Ericsson , Gösta Dunker and John Kling .

On July 20, 1926, Snitt made his debut in the jersey of the Swedish national team , when the national selection on the army sports field in Riga was defeated by the Latvian national team with 1: 4. In the following years he was an irregular member of the national team. At the 1934 World Cup he was appointed to the squad, but was not used. Two years later he took part in the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin . After 17 international matches without scoring in ten years, his national team career ended in 1936.
