The Einlappenkotinga ( Procnias albus ), also white bell ringer or cone bell ringer, is a species of bird from the family of ornamental birds .

features

Only the male is white; the female is overall olive green with yellowish stripes below and resembles other bellbirds .

The single-lobe kotinga produces the loudest mating call known to birds at 125 dB.

Occurrence

It is found in the forests of Guyana , and to a lesser extent in Venezuela and the Brazilian state of Pará . The IUCN assesses the population as Least Concern .
