Eisagoge cum Prochiro composita
The Eisagoge cum Prochiro composita is a Middle Byzantine legal book of the 10th century .
The Eisagoge cum Prochiro composita (earlier due to an incorrect reading: Epanagoge cum Prochiro composita ) (sparse, but survived in at least two versions ) is composed of the Eisagoge tu nomu and the Procheiros nomos , but also contains scholes on the Eisagoge tu nomu and texts from the (later so called) basilicas . The legal book should soon after the death of Emperor Leon VI. (912) have been compiled on behalf of the Patriarch Nikolaos I. Mystikos to the Procheiros nomos Leons VI. to replace. The "Scholiast B" of the Eisagoge tu nomu is to be considered as the editor of the work , whose scholias (especially for title 19) were included in the Eisagoge cum Prochiro composita .
