The Eisberg Group is an international group of producers of salads, vegetables and fruits. The Eisberg is based in Dällikon in the canton of Zurich . The Eisberg supplies 13 European countries with its food from eight processing plants. Eisberg has been part of the Swiss Bell Food Group since 2016 .

Eisberg emerged from two Swiss vegetable growing companies. The two companies Gastro Star (founded in 1972) and Eisberg Schweiz (founded in 1976) initially developed independently of one another in the same vegetable growing region as the original vegetable growing operations. After opening up the Eastern European markets, Eisberg set up branches in Poland and Hungary in 1992. With the opening of a processing plant in Romania, Eisberg gained another Eastern European country as a market.

After Hilcona's takeover of Gastro Star in 2012, Eisberg became a member of the Bell Good Group in 2016.

In 2018 Sylvain & Co became a member of the Eisberg Group.

In 2017, the groundbreaking took place for a new production facility in Austria that has been manufacturing convenience products since 2019.

Eisberg produces salads, vegetables and fruits in various forms for retail, food service and the food industry. Additional ranges include smoothie mixes, cold-pressed juices and smoothies as well as salad dressings.
