Eisenhart from Loeper

Eisenhart von Loeper (born June 3, 1941 in Potsdam ) is a German lawyer.

von Loeper has been working in publications and practical conflicts on the subject of animal rights for four decades . The Dr. jur. founded the association “Juristen für Tierrechte” in 1987 and was chairman of the Federal Association of People for Animal Rights from 1987 to 2006 - Federal Association of Anti-Animal Experiments . During this time he initiated and led the efforts to include animal welfare in the Basic Law (1990–2002).

Because of his services to animal welfare, he was awarded the German Cross of Merit on Ribbon in 2005.

Von Loeper is the spokesman for the action alliance that organized the protest against Stuttgart 21 .

He uses legal means to advance his protest against Stuttgart 21 . This is how von Loeper works together with Dieter Reicherter . At the beginning there were three of them, together with Peter Conradi , who died on March 11, 2016 , and criminal charges were filed against current and former railway executives, the supervisory boards, the Federal Chancellor and employees of the Chancellery. Unique in the history of German justice, all documents and letters are published on a comprehensive website and made available to all interested parties.
