People for Animal Rights - Federal Association of Anti-Animal Experiments

The association People for Animal Rights - Federation of Tierversuchsgegner e.V. is a nationwide umbrella organization in Germany with headquarters in Aachen . It was founded in 1982 . It has 47 associations and natural persons (as of March 25, 2020) affiliated as sponsoring members .

The umbrella organization is committed to the recognition and implementation of animal rights . His areas of expertise include the topics of animal testing , industrial animal husbandry ( factory farming ), animal rights , politics (especially last European elections in 2019 ), animal protection group action , organic vegan farming , zoo , circus and city pigeons . He participates in the Animal Welfare Commission Germany , in commissions according to § 15 Animal Welfare Act and in advisory boards of the state governments. The former Germany-wide association SATIS has merged into the association People for Animal Rights - Bundesverband der Tierversuchsgegner eV .

The animal rights organization supports organic vegan agriculture.
