Ekkehardt Dietze

Ekkehardt Dietze (born June 21, 1950 in Leipzig ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and former Thuringian member of the state parliament.

Life

Ekkehardt Dietze has two children. In 1969 he completed an apprenticeship as a locksmith as a skilled worker with the Abitur. He began studying physics, which he finished in 1973 with a degree in physics. He then worked as a technologist in the chemical fiber combine (CFK) Schwarza . From 1979 he was responsible for the department at CFK Schwarza and Thüringische Faser AG.

After serving as a member of parliament, the physicist returned to his profession and has been working in research for several years. In 2001 he founded the "Berlin Institute for Innovative Energy and Drive Technologies" together with four other scientists. In 2005 he got his own laboratory in Berlin-Adlershof , where, in addition to renewable energy technologies, he also researches vortex processes in nature. From 1990 to 1994 Ekkehardt Dietze was a member of the First Thuringian Parliament . He was also a member of the city council in Rudolstadt and chairman of the SPD parliamentary group there.
