Ekrem Solak (born January 19, 1992 in Menemen , Izmir Province ) is a Turkish football player who has been under contract with Fethiyespor since September 2013 .
Career
Solak was born in Menemen , a county in the Izmir Province , and started playing football at Menemen Belediyespor at the age of eleven .
At the age of 14 he moved to Bucaspor within the city . Here he went through all youth teams and got his first license contract with the professional team at the age of 19. In his first season he played mostly in the reserve team despite his professional contract and was only used four times in the Bank Asya 1st Lig . He made his professional debut on March 4, 2012 in a 2-0 win against Karşıyaka SK .
In order to gain match practice with the men, he was loaned to the fourth division side Siirtspor for the 2012/13 season. There he could not meet the expectations of the coach, so that the contract was terminated by mutual consent after only three months.
After the contract was terminated at Bucaspor in the spring of 2013, Solak was without a club for over six months. In the last week of the 2013 summer transfer period, the second division promoted Fethiyespor signed him .
