Elena Halangk

Elena Halangk (* 1977 in Löbau , Löbau district ) is a German actress and model .

Life

Elena Halangk grew up as the daughter of a veterinary technician and a carpenter in Upper Lusatia . She attended the children's and youth sports school in Leipzig and did the competitive sport of rhythmic gymnastics , through which she also got into modeling . Halangk was already modeling when she was at school, when she started with dancing fashion shows, and after graduating from high school she was active in the modeling industry for a total of 6 years.

From 2012 to 2015 she took private acting lessons. Her teachers included u. a. the actors Hilde Brand and Thomas Höhne . Later she attended various seminars, workshops and training courses for film and dubbing actors, among others. a. at The Art of Acting Studio in Los Angeles, in Berlin, at the Theater School in Frankfurt ( Meisner technique with Hendrik Martz ) and in Munich.

Halangk has been in front of the camera mainly for advertising and image films, short films and short fiction films since 2014. She also acted in some TV productions. In the short film she produced, Ex & Hopp , which was shot in April 2016 in the Frauenwald bunker museum in the Thuringian Forest , she played the main role of an agent alongside Patrick Gräser .

In RTL - Scripted Reality Format Lawyers & Detectives - They fight for you! (2015), a spin-off of the television program Suspected Cases , also broadcast on RTL , she was seen in a total of 80 episodes in one of the leading roles as a lawyer.

In the web series Country Girls , which was broadcast on the online media service funk installed by ARD and ZDF , she had a continuous series role as Anna's mother Kirsten, alongside Lea Freund and Dieter Bach . In the 6th season of the ZDF series Ein Fall für Zwei (2019) she took on one of the episode roles as a suspect witness and burglary victim.

In the 2018 thriller Arboretum (director: Julian Richberg) she can be seen in a mother role alongside the young actors Oskar Bökelmann and Niklas Doddo .

Halangk lives in Steinbach im Taunus in the greater Frankfurt am Main area .
